Standard Shipping Procedures

At GenXDirect, every order ships using a mix of economy shipping methods including UPS Ground, UPS Next Day, UPS 3 Day Select and more. Your order will arrive within 2-7 days, depending on your proximity to Minneapolis, MN. All orders are shipped the day after the order is placed. This means that if you place your order and choose any shipping method it will ship the following business day after the order is placed.  Please account for this when choosing your shipping method. 


International Shipping

If you are placing an international shipment please contact our customer service department via email first to get a quote on shipping prior to placing your order at International shipping can be costly due to the size and weight of the product ordered and shipping over seas. After we have quoted the shipping for you we will then provide a payment link for international shipments to process your payment.


Customer Pickup

Customer pickup hours are available at our warehouse Monday - Friday 10am - 3pm. Customers who wish to pick up their orders at GenXDirect will need to select the local pickup shipping option during checkout or contact the customer service department at 763-334-1034 and request a local pickup. Orders can then be picked up 1 business day after order is received.

Customer Returns

GenXDirect offers a 90 day return policy from the date of purchase.  In order for a product to be eligible for return the product must not have been exposed to fuel. This includes filling the fuel tank and running the system on a generator. Returns may be authorized for a manufacturer defect or shipping of the wrong product. If the customer has ordered the wrong cap and would like a replacement they must ship the cap back to our facility and pay for return postage of the correct cap. All returns must be authorized by filling out a contact form on the GenXDirect webpage and speaking with the customer service department.
